Good and inexpensive supplier

Hi everybody! I know, it’s been a while! With the holidays, work, school, teaching and more teaching I’ve been a bit busy, not even counting my private life!

Recently, I ordered 6 dogi (karate uniform) through a supplier in Pakistan, and paid Western Union. I know what you’re thinking, “he fell victim to a scam!” No! I assure you, I will receive what I paid for! How do I know? Over the last few years I have known 4 people that have gone through this supplier, and they received what they paid for!

The supplier is http://goodskarate.com/ and let me tell you, some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with! Not only do they let you mix and match sizes, meaning I can order a size 6 top and size 5 pants, but they do it at a very LOW price. The “bad” thing is, the shipping is more costly then somebody in your own country, but if you get 3-5 uniforms order, or even more, the price per uniform goes down! Even just ordering one heavyweight uniform with Kyokushin (or any kanji!) embroidery is $75, ordering 5 with western union charge came to be about $50 per uniform. I offered another instructor in Seattle to hop onto the order, so a student of his and himself did. For a heavyweight uniform, you can’t really beat the price.

I also ordered 100 custom uniform patches because my organization now requires either this or embroidery. I wasn’t charged a “set up fee” or anything! Saleem of goodskarate first made a sample to make sure that’s what I wanted and I told him it was exactly what I wanted, so he’s making the other 99.

For all of you dojo operators that are allowed to use whatever uniforms you wish to, I highly suggest giving this a try. My mentor, Shihan Rodgers in Scotland loves his heavyweight dogi from goodskarate. Try ordering an Isami from Japan, and you’ll be paying $250 and upwards!

Not only that, Saleem would answer questions often within minutes of me sending him an email, when I know it’s after midnight his time in Pakistan! Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this supplier and his willingness to please the consumer to develop a long business relationship.

Who says the days of a business really trying to please the customer are over? With http://goodskarate.com they are not!
